We love dogs

Furry four legged friends on the leash and well-behaved are welcome in the bar area, snug and in the beer garden

We have a dog bar with treats for dogs of all sizes, water is of course available on request

Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant

However, Guide dogs are of course welcome in any trading area of the pub

PAYMENT

We have contactless pay and Apple pay facilities

We accept all major credit cards

We DO NOT accept American Express

Disabled Facilities

We have the following facilities available to people with wheelchairs and various disabilities:

  • Wheelchair access to all trading areas on the ground floor
  • Disabled toilet on the ground floor

I’m sorry, but we do not have wheelchair access to the snug bar. But we are happy to lend a hand down the steps to anyone who asks.

Please let us know at the time of booking if your party includes people who need extra space for a wheelchair

We can talk through the menus with anyone. You might want us to do this if you or a member of your group has reading or sight difficulties.

Children in the pub

Our licence allows children to be in the bar area until 9pm at night.

Children are welcome in the restaurant at any time when part of a meal occasion with adults.

We are not a high energy kid’s pub, meaning children will need to be supervised by an adult at all times, inside and outside the pub.

We have a children’s menu which offers PROPER food for kids. Yes we have chicken goujons, but they are home made from strips of fresh chicken breast meat. The rest of the children’s menu is also home made from REAL ingredients.

We can also provide smaller portions of some main menu dishes for children and people with a smaller appetite. Just ask, we will do everything we can to give you what you want.

We also have high chairs and baby changing facilities (in the disabled toilet)
